The recently converted stone Bothy, is arranged on one floor, has one bedroom and offers, comfortable and cosy accommodation for your stay. High ceilings give a great feeling of space, and the fully tiled property has under floor heating.

The bedroom has a king size bed, with all season duvet, so you will be cosy no matter what time of year you make your visit. There is a large built-in wardrobe, 2 built-in cupboards, a vanity shelf with a small mirror, 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, and a full-length wall mirror. There is an ornamental antique fireplace fitted into the chimney wall.

It is a feature piece only. From the two low level windows you can enjoy the wonderful views. The two small side windows allow additional light to flood this room.

The bathroom has a steel bath with a thermostatic shower over, WC and wash basin. There is a wall mirror, shelf and shaver point above the basin. There is a chrome heated towel rail and low energy spotlights.

The hall has coat hanging space with a shoe rack under. The cupboard houses the hot water cylinder. There is a mains powered smoke detector on the ceiling.

The lounge/diner/kitchen has a full-length window facing the courtyard to the front. A double patio door overlooks the garden and views. There is a small wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, cooker hood, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer-box. There is ample crockery, cutlery, utensils and equipment. There is a colour TV with freeview and  DVD player, and a radio with CD and tape player. Low energy spotlights in the ceilings and a table lamp.

Outside there are lights to the front and rear entrances, with low energy bulbs. A path leads to your front door, and a private patio with garden furniture is adjacent to the patio doors.

All towels (not face cloths) and linen will be provided for your stay. A welcome starter pack will be provided for your arrival. A wash service is offered, if required, by arrangement, between Monday and Thursday.
