All Major Credit
Cards are accepted via PayPal. A PayPal money request will be
sent to your email address for payment of your deposit via credit
card or paypal account. |

| A 20%
Non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings. - £75 pounds
refundable damage deposit paid on arrival by Cash. Please see section
4. of our booking conditions.

Booking Conditions
By signing the
Booking Form, the holidaymaker and their party agree to the following
terms and conditions.

Bookings are from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on the date of
departure
-
No person other than those included on the Booking Form shall be
permitted to occupy the holiday home booked. For overseas visitors,
passports must be shown to comply with British Law.

To leave the cottage upon their departure in a clean and tidy
condition, and to leave all used bed linen and towels in the bath.

To report all breakage/damage/losses, to us immediately. Any
soaked or damaged mattresses are to be replaced by the holidaymaker.
A cash deposit of £75 required upon arrival to cover potential
breakages or losses. Please note this will be Banked and
provided no breakages, damage or losses are found, will be refunded
to you within 2 weeks of your stay.

To use the property solely for it’s purpose as holiday accommodation.

To absolve the owner of any responsibility for accident, illness,
injury or losses sustained while on the holiday property, however
caused.

A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The balance of the rental is required not later than 8 weeks before
commencement of the holiday. In the event of this proportion of
rent not being received by the due date, we reserve the right to
cancel the let without further notice and without any refund of the
deposit already paid. If for any reason you have to
cancel your holiday after full payment has been made, we will make
every effort to re-let the property on your behalf. Any monies
received by the new hirer, will be paid to you less the initial
deposit and a 10% administration charge. (Please note that the amount
received from the new hirer may not be the listed price, especially
if it is a late booking). We strongly suggest that you take
out holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.
This will provide you with peace of mind if an unforeseen event
forces you to cancel your holiday.

In the event, due to unforeseen circumstances, that the holiday
property is not available at the time of occupation, the company
shall only be liable to refund the holiday tenant the monies received
at that date. Liability shall not in any circumstances exceed
this refund.

The property owner shall be allowed access to the holiday
accommodation at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
