The recently converted Watermill, which is arranged over two floors, has three bedrooms and offers, comfortable and cosy accommodation for your stay. The ground floor is fully tiled with under floor heating. The high ceiling in the lounge gives a spacious feel to the living area. The upper floor is carpeted and heated by radiators. The sloped ceilings on this floor offer sufficient headroom for adults and children alike.

Ground Floor : Bedroom one is a very good size with a king size bed. An all seasons duvet will ensure you are cosy, no matter what time of  year you make your visit.

There is a built in wardrobe cupboard with hanging rail and shelf over, vanity unit with shelves/baskets under and two bedside cabinets with side lamps. Triple full height window/door overlooks the front of the property.

Bathroom has a steel bath with shower over and shower screen, WC and wash basin. There is a wall mirror, shelf and shaver point above the basin. There is a chrome heated towel rail, electric fan and low energy spotlights. Window to the rear of the property has fitted vertical blinds.

Hall has a cupboard, which houses the heating, electricity panel and water tank. Stairwell is light and spacious with carpeted treads. Entrance vestibule offers coat hanging hooks and shoe rack.

Kitchen/diner/lounge are split level, with the kitchen and dining area on the lower level. A double patio door from this level leads to the patio and garden area. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped, offering oven, hob, cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There are low energy spotlights in the ceiling. Ample cutlery, crockery utensils and equipment are provided.

Lounge is on the upper of these levels, with double height ceiling and a full height window overlooking the views towards the wooded area of the property. There is a wood-burning stove on a stone hearth, and this is a very nice seating area with TV, DVD, satellite box and a CD stereo unit.

Upper Floor : Bedroom two has two single beds with two bedside cabinets and side lamps. There are two velux windows in the ceiling. A large built in cupboard with hanging rail with shelving is located in the alcove.
Bedroom three has two twin beds which can be linked together, by prior arrangement, to provide a superking bed. There are two bedside cabinets with side lamps and a built in hanging cupboard with shelving/baskets to one side. There are two velux windows in the ceiling, and a small side window overlooking the drive.
Shower room offers a walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. There is a wall mirror, shelf and shaver point above the basin.

Hall and split level stairwell have good natural light served from the two velux windows. A small vanity unit with mirror is located outside bedroom three.

Outside there are low energy lights to the front, and one to the rear of the property. The rear garden has an outside drying area and garden furniture.All towels (not face cloths) and bed linen will be provided for your stay. A welcome starter pack will be provided for your arrival.
